When will my order arrive?

Outside Bangkok: If you are located outside of Bangkok, you will receive your box within 3-4 days of placing your order. Within Bangkok: If you are located in Bangkok, you will be able to receive your order on the same day, provided you place your order before 18:00
What payment methods can I pay from?

We accept the following payment methods: 1. Online Bank transfer 2. Paypal 3. Cash on delivery/pickup
What happens if my item is faulty?

If your item is faulty to the point of no use, we will offer you a full refund or a replaced box, upon assessing the situation.
What locations do you ship to at the moment?

We currently only ship domestically within Thailand. We are still in the process of figuring out the logistics for international shipping, and as soon as we do, you will be receiving a Super exciting news from us in your inbox!
Where can I contact you for extremely urgent orders?

For one those orders (yes, the last minutes ones!), reach out to us atleast an hour before pickup and 2 hours before delivery, on LINE @thisissuperextra or Instagram @thisissuperextra, and we will make it happen!
When can I pick up my order?

Your order will be available for pick-up within 4 hours of payment. Pick up hours: 10:00-12:00 and 18:00-22:00
